Be Happy 

My life has been a roller coaster in the past few months, there were some smaller ups and downs and there were some bigger ones. Right now, I’m safe to say that I’m on the highest high I’ve ever been.
Happiness is something so essential to life, yet we think it’s normal to live without it.
I’ve learned so much over the past months and I am more than happy to be able to finally write about it and to be able to finally say that I made it all the way up myself. Surely, friends and family are an important support but in the end, you’re the only one who can get you back up.

Your happiness should be your #1 priority because nothing else really matters when you’re not happy.

For me, focussing on myself was the thing that started it all off. Once you become the most important person in your life, it can only go up from there.
Make your life all about you!
Also, do what is necessary for you to feel good in your own skin, let it be working out, buying new clothes, getting a new haircut, whatever. I know, happiness starts from within, but sometimes a change on the outside is necessary to promote a change on the inside.

You won’t turn your life around overnight, every lasting process takes time, but process is what you should be striving for and one day you’ll look back and realize that your life has gotten so much better without overwhelming you. For me, this was the moment I realized I had done everything just right.

But, like I said, real friends and family are the most important support you can get. Once you let go of the ones who bring negativity to your life, the right ones will come. I’m not lying when I say that many amazing people have entered and re-entered my life the moment I let go of a toxic one.

I am a huge believer in destiny because during my 18 years of living so many “bad” situations have turned into the best moments of my life because things fell into place eventually so don’t freak out when things don’t happen the way you want them to because it will all turn out even greater if you give things time.

Besides, music is a huuuuge thing when it comes to feeling great. For me, I feel like I become the music I listen to so creating a playlist that makes you feel extra bad (the good bad) and sassy will really affect your attitude. You can trust me with this.
